WHAT IS A GROUP ID AND HOW DO I GET ONE?

A GROUP ID EXAMPLE: OMDJULY312025. tHE “OMD” DESIGNATES IT IS OMD EMBROIDERY PLACING THE ORDER. jULY 31, 2025 DESIGNATES THAT THE ORDER CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON THAT DATE, EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

Where do i enter the Group ID?

at checkout, section #3 asks for the group id. you either enter the id or select that you are paying for shipping.

How do I order multiple items?

There are three dropdown menus on every garment: Style, Color, and Size. once you select the apparel, add it to your cart. go to the next item you want to purchase and add it to the cart.
hOW DO i ENTER MY PERSONALIZATIONS?

When entering your personalization’s for your item, you must first select how many lines you would like (1-3). After selecting the number of lines, add YOUR NAME AND INFORMATION AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR ON THE APPAREL in the pop up box.

hOW MANY LETTERS AND SPACES DO i GET ON EACH LINE?

FOR THE BEST TURNOUT, THE maximum of 18 characters per line IS RECOMMENDED. We do everything possible to accommodate your first and last name ON THE FIRST LINE.

HOW DO I ADD MY PERSONALIZATIONS TO MULTIPLE GARMENTS IN MY ORDER?

If you are ordering two or more garments in the same order, you must specify in thE pop up box the item number OR A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOUR PERSONALIZATION IS GOING ON and the same process for the left chest logo. tHE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES “lARGE RED POLO” “MEDIUM GREY JACKET”

HOW DO I GET Free Shipping FOR MY ORDER?

You must have a Group ID and a group order of 10 items to receive Free Shipping. The Group ID will be provided by your supervisor in charge of the order. tHE GROUP id WILL IDENTIFY YOUR GROUP AND PROVIDE FOR A FINAL ORDER DATE.

WHAT IF i DON’T HAVE A GROUP iD, CAN i STILL ORDER?

If you don’t HAVE a valid Group ID, YOU CAN STILL ORDER ANYTIME. HOWERVER, YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING AND THE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT CHECKOUT.

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED TO WITH THE GROUP iD?

YOUR SUPERVISOR WHO PROVIDED THE GROUP ID, ALSO PROVIDED US AN ADDRESS THAT THE ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO.

WHAT IF I WANT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED SOMEWHERE ELSE OR I WANT TO ORDER ANYTIME?

WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, YOU will enter THE address THAT YOU WANT US TO SHIP TO. YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING CHARGES BASED ON YOUR OWN ORDER. YOU DO NOT NEED A GROUP ID TO ORDER.
